WANTED... On 04/15/15 Flint Police responded to the area of Sonny and Proctor for a shooting. Robert Moore (50) was transported to the hospital where he later died. Two suspects have been charged in this case. Ronald Felder (20) has been arrested, charged and arraigned for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm. Warrants have been issued for Kevin Brown II (20) and he is currently WANTED for 1st Degree Murder, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm.
