Last week Chief Tolbert presented Merit Certificates to two Flint citizens, James Williams and Willie Gray, in recognition of their bravery during an incident in September in which they detained suspects who were breaking into a neighbor's home. On 11/11/14, Flint Police conducted a special initiative targeting prostitution in the City of Flint. Several subjects were arrested as a result of that initiative. One of those subjects, Nathaniel Cayton Jr. (27), was arraigned today on a charge of Soliciting Prostitution.
