UPDATE.... Noah Patton (26) has been arrested for Fleeing & Eluding 3rd Degree, Assaulting/Resisting/Obstructing Police and Possession of Marijuana for an incident that occurred on 10/9/14.

On 1/7/15 at approx. 3:15 pm, Flint Police responded to the 2800 blk. Stonegate for a shooting.  A mother, Sue Burns (54), and her son, Vanthony Burns (19), were found at that location with fatal gunshot wounds.
Demechieo Pea (25) has been arrested, charged and arraigned in this case for 2 counts of 1st Degree Murder, Armed Robbery, Felon in Possession and Felony Firearm.
