Andrew Shields Jr. (19) and Jasminika Topp (21) have been arrested, charged and arraigned for an incident that occurred on 08/18/14 in the 3100 blk. Chambers. Shields was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm. Topp was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm.

Eric Miller Jr. (26) has been arrested, charged and arraigned for Assault with Intent to Murder, Armed Robbery, Unlawful Imprisonment, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Felony Firearms and Interfering with Electronic Communications for an incident that occurred on 08/16/14 near Pasadena and Brownell.
