On September 9, 2013, James Kenneth Seeley shot at two 14 year old boys, striking one in the leg, in front of his residence on the east side of the city of Flint. During the course of this investigation, three firearms were seized from Seeley's residence.Trial began on July 17th, 2014 and concluded yesterday with Seeley being convicted of (1) count of, assault with intent to cause great bodily harm less than murder, (1) count of felony firearm, and (1) count of Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Seeley was remanded to the County Jail by Judge Fullerton with sentencing set for August 18, 2014.
