Nigere Fant (18) and Robert Carter (20) have both been arrested, charged and arraigned for 2 counts of Armed Robbery, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm.  Carter also has an additional charge of Felon in Possession of a Firearm.  These charges stem from an incident on 7/01/14 near Adams and Paterson in which 2 males were robbed at gunpoint.
