On 12/02/14 at approx. 10:30pm, Flint Police responded to the 3800 blk. Beechwood in response to a report of a female outside a residence threatening to shoot a gun. Upon arrival on scene, the suspect's described vehicle was spotted and stopped. The driver was arrested and a hand gun was seized. Chelsea Gamber (19) has since been charged and arraigned on this incident for Carrying a Concealed Weapon. 

UPDATE.... UofM Flint Public Safety has identified and located this person of interest in reference to a larceny that occurred on campus on 12/04/14 at approx. 4:45 pm.
