On 03/08/15 at approx. 10:30pm Flint Police Sgt. Suttles, Ofc. Voelker and Ofc. Suttles were flagged down by two citizens in the area of Court and Bradley. The citizens reported that a man was walking in the area firing a gun into the air, and gave a description of the subject. The officers located a subject fitting that description nearby. Upon conducting a terry pat down of that subject, a handgun was discovered in his pocket. Cocaine and marijuana were also located in his possession. The subject claimed to have a CPL, which was found to be false. That subject, Stanley Williams Jr (24), has since been charged and arraigned for Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Felony Firearm, Reckless Use of a Firearm, Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Marijuana.
