UPDATE… Marquel Sadler has turned himself in and is now IN CUSTODY. Keonte Sadler (27) is STILL WANTED for 1st Degree Murder, Gang Member Felonies, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm for the Murder of Gregory Hodo (36) on 05/30/14 near Pierson and Fleming Rd. Keonte Sadler should be considered armed and extremely dangerous, do not approach him! At approx. 2am this morning, shots were fired into a residence in the 2800 blk. Mackin. There were no injuries. Officers were able to obtain a description of a suspect and later located and arrested that suspect. The suspect was lodged in jail and charges are pending review by the Genesee County Prosecutor's Office.

UPDATE... Benjamin Boyd was arrested last night and lodged in jail on his warrant for Discharge of a Firearm in or at a Building, Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Witness Intimidation and Felony Firearm.

On 08/26/14 Flint Police Officers went to the area of 1600 blk. W. Atherton Rd in an attempt to locate a subject that had Felony warrants with a total of 19 charges (including 10 counts of Assault with Intent to Murder and 3 counts of Carrying a Concealed Weapon). The subject was located and arrested. A gun was also seized and additional charges will be sought for Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm.

On 08/23/14 a man was shot in the 500 blk. E. Patterson. Fortunately. the man survived his injuries. Later that day a suspect was arrested. That suspect, Markquavione Cotton-Jones (19), has since been charged and arraigned for Assault with Intent to Murder, and Felony Firearm.

Benjamin Boyd (24) is currently WANTED for Discharge of a Firearm in or at a Building, Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Witness Intimidation and Felony Firearm for an incident that occurred last month. He is also currently out on bond while awaiting trial for Felonious Assault, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm. Daniel Buchanan (20) was arrested yesterday by the Michigan State Police Fugitive Team which is comprised of Law Enforcement personnel from several agencies including the Flint Police. He was arraigned today on a charge of Armed Robbery for an incident which occurred in December 2013 in the 2000 blk. McPhail.
