Daniel Buchanan (20) was arrested yesterday by the Michigan State Police Fugitive Team which is comprised of Law Enforcement personnel from several agencies including the Flint Police. He was arraigned today on a charge of Armed Robbery for an incident which occurred in December 2013 in the 2000 blk. McPhail.
