On 11/18/15 at approx. 12:20am Flint police and Michigan State Police responded to an alarm call at a business in the 100 blk. E. Flint Park. Three adults and one juvenile were arrested inside of the business. The three adults listed below have now been charged and arraigned in this case for Breaking and Entering a Building. Deondre Harper (24), Ishmel Harper (19) and Kevon Walker (19).
