Yesterday afternoon, Flint Police Officers Balasko and Grocholski responded to the area of Ridgecrest and Carpenter for a report of a man with a gun and shots being fired. On scene two victims were located who advised that a male and a female known to them had fired shots at them. The shots did not strike the victims. Officers Balasko and Grocholski located both suspects, a handgun and spent shell casings. The suspects have now been charged and arraigned for the following charges.  Donquia Beavers (34) for Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, 2 counts of Felonious Assault, Felony Firearm- 2nd Offense and Domestic Violence.
