On 10/21/14 Thomas Baker Jr. (43) was shot and killed in his home near Seneca and Dartmouth. Yesterday Noah Parker (19) was charged and arraigned in this case for 1st Degree Murder, Felony Firearm and Delivery of Marijuana. This arrest and charges were the result of a Crime Stoppers tip.
