Shields was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm. Topp was charged with Assault with Intent to Murder, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm.
