Two subjects have been arrested, charged and arraigned for an incident that occurred on 10/13/14 in the 1000 blk. Ossington. Nicholas Ryder (25) was charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon. Sisco Sargent (21) was charged with Armed Robbery.
