On 8/3/14 at approx. 5:30 am, Flint Police responded to the area of Pasadena and Industrial for a man down that had been struck by a vehicle.  The victim, Robert Mayers (39) died from his injuries.  The investigation determined that the victim was intentionally struck with a vehicle.  The following day, a suspect was arrested and a vehicle was seized.  That suspect, Renaldo Presswood (34), has now been charged and arraigned for 1^st Degree Murder.
