One of the two suspects in the Robbery of Sam's Market has been identified and is in custody. Charges are pending review by the Genesee County Prosecutor's Office.

UPDATE... One of the two suspects in the Robbery of University Market on 10/15/14 has been identified, arrested, charged and arraigned. Terrance Kimble (18) was arraigned yesterday for Armed Robbery. On October 29, 2014, at 1:24 a.m., this suspect walked into the University Market on Chevrolet at Flushing Road and pointed a black revolver at the clerk. He demanded money and cigarettes. The male was wearing a gray hoody and a camo colored coat. He is described as possibly in his 30's approximately 6'0", 160 lbs., med dark completion wearing a gray hoody and a camo colored coat. On 11/01/14 at approx. 1:30am Flint Police responded the the area of Alpha Way and Western Rd. for a report of a fight with shots fired. Fortunately, no one was injured in this incident. Flint Police located a suspect in the area. A hand gun was seized from the suspect and he was arrested. That suspect, Robert Tompkins (26) has since been charged and arraigned for 2 counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and Reckless Use/Carrying of a Firearm.
