UPDATE.... Kevin Brown II (20) turned himself in on 05/12/15 and has been arraigned on his charges for the Homicide of Robert Moore.

WANTED... On 04/15/15 Flint Police responded to the area of Sonny and Proctor for a shooting. Robert Moore (50) was transported to the hospital where he later died. Two suspects have been charged in this case. Ronald Felder (20) has been arrested, charged and arraigned for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Felony Firearm. Warrants have been issued for Kevin Brown II (20) and he is currently WANTED for 1st Degree Murder, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Felony Firearm. On 05/11/15 at approx. 8pm Flint Police responded to the scene of a traffic crash at the intersection of Mabel and Minnesota. At that location was a vehicle that had been struck on the driver's side. There were 5 occupants in the vehicle at the time of the crash. Two of the occupants, a 12 year old boy and an 8 year old boy, were ejected from the vehicle. Four people from this vehicle were injured, one critically. A second vehicle, which is believed to have disregarding a stop sign at a high rate of speed, had left the scene but was located near Levern and Churchill by a Genesee County Sheriff's Deputy. That driver was arrested and also received medical attention.
The 12 year old boy, Nikko Germani, died yesterday evening.
Charges were issued yesterday against the driver of the second vehicle. Matthew Marshall (26) was arraigned on those charges today, two counts of Operating While Intoxicated Causing Serious Injury, two counts of Operating - License Suspended, Revoked, Denied - Causing Serious Injury and two counts of Failure to Stop at Scene of Accident Resulting in Serious Impairment or Death.
The charges against Marshall are expected to be amended as a result of the death of Nikko Germani.

Yesterday afternoon, marked the grand opening of the new Community Service Center located in the Dort Mall, 3600 blk. S. Dort Hwy. The Community Service Center will be staffed by a Neighborhood Service Officer and volunteers. Citizens will be able to use this location to file a non-violent police report, report blight or animal problems in their neighborhood and mediation services will be available to help resolve non-criminal disputes. On 05/04/15 at approx. 9am Flint Police responded to the 1300 blk. Forest Hill where Daneka Miller was found deceased in her home. A short time later Flint Police arrested a suspect. That suspect, James Thomas (46), has now been charged and arraigned for 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Armed Robbery, 1st Degree Home Invasion and Aggravated Stalking.


WANTED.... Michael Rabitaille (53) is wanted on a Felony Warrant for Obstructing - Sex Offender Failure to Comply with Reporting Duties. He has been known to use aliases in the past. Rabitaille was convicted of Rape and Abuse of a Child in another state in 1987. He was last known to be homeless in the Bancroft Michigan area, five years ago.
