A jury trial concluded yesterday, April 3, with a guilty verdict for Cody Tucker (21) for Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm.  Two co-defendants had previously pled guilty, Robert Yates (23) to Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm and Jeremy Ranger (21) to Aggravated Assault.  These convictions were the result of an investigation stemming from a case in which the victim was severely beaten at Deja Vu Night Club on October 5, 2013.  The victim was in critical condition as a result of his injuries, but fortunately he survived.
Two subjects have been arraigned on charges for the recent Homicides in the City of Flint. If anyone has information on either of these cases please contact the Flint Police Department at (810) 237-6800 or Crime Stoppers at (800) SPEAK UP.
